1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Acadestine. Acadestine is a technical learning application offering a multi-phase pure Python educational curriculum. Acadestine is a product of Allstine, an independent software studio. By accessing or using the Acadestine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts

To access specific courses and features, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by Allstine.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our curriculum for any commercial enterprise without our express prior written permission.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the site.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the platform or the networks and services connected to it.
• Use the platform as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nigeria. Allstine and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts located in Enugu, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
